Anthony Lacopo is a seasoned executive and visionary entrepreneur with over two decades of experience driving operational excellence and transformative growth on a global scale. As the co-founder of Cockaigne Living, Rooted in Abundance, Anthony brings profound resilience, strategic insight, and a passion to guide an exclusive international community dedicated to authentic, abundant living.
In 2006, Anthony founded his first company, Utopia Image, as the sole shareholder, launching it with a $50,000 loan and no prior entrepreneurial experience, amidst personal milestones: a young family with his wife at home caring for their first child, the recent birth of their second, and the purchase of their first home. Later, with no international experience, he established Humania BPO, transforming his Quebec-based ventures into a global enterprise with offices in France and Morocco, ultimately selling this international group in 2023 to TELUS Digital, a company with over 70,000 employees worldwide. This journey was no straight path—marked by highs and lows, formidable challenges, and moments where survival seemed uncertain, Anthony’s unconditional faith in God, paired with unwavering faith in himself, became the cornerstone of his success. Through near-insurmountable obstacles, his belief in his vision and ability to persevere carried him forward, shaping a life where he has lived and continues to live abundantly.
Anthony’s resolve was tested early on: he earned an executive MBA on weekends and a law degree on weekdays while managing a full-time job and raising a young family. His hands-on versatility was critical in the first decade of his company, where limited funds required him to assume strategic roles across Operations, HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal. This adaptability, paired with his ability to innovate unconventionally, fuelled his company’s global ascent. His confidence in public speaking and extensive travel to establish international offices further reflect his maverick approach to leadership.
With Cockaigne Living, Rooted in Abundance, Anthony, alongside his co-founder, is building a sanctuary for mavericks—an international community designed to empower members to thrive through intimate conferences, immersive workshops, transformative retreats, and meaningful connections. His journey through trials, triumphs, and moments of doubt—always anchored by faith—positions him as a trusted guide for those ready to embrace a life of abundance with authenticity and purpose.
David Lacopo combines artistic creativity, technological innovation, and deep spiritual insight. Alongside his corporate rise to executive leadership, he founded Golden Light Academy, dedicated to helping others reach higher states of consciousness.
His spiritual journey began at age nine with a profound Dark Night of the Soul. After this transformative experience, he awakened to find an angel by his side who lowered a sphere of divine light upon his head, filling his mind with sacred knowledge. At 18, the light faded from his life, beginning a 15-year descent into darkness.
In 2005, his band opened for Bon Jovi in Montreal. Three years later, standing at the crossroads of potential rock stardom, he chose to walk away from that dream and surrender to the higher calling that had guided him since childhood. A near-death experience in 2014 became another pivotal moment, and angels reminded him that his sacred purpose had not yet been fulfilled. Then, in 2020, he encountered Christ, whose words gave him the clarity to step fully into his mission.
Today, as husband, father, and co-founder of Cockaigne Living, Rooted in Abundance, David integrates his artistic roots, corporate discipline, and spiritual depth to guide mavericks seeking truth and authentic abundance. His journey proves that light is not found by avoiding darkness, but by walking through it with faith and emerging transformed.
